Kathy Diver
Kathy is a High School Teacher who loves to teach freshmen students Biology and other teachers in various enhancements in pedagogy and tech related programs. Kathy is the Staff Development Committee Chair at her school. Last summer, she was selected as a fellow at the 2012 Discovery/Siemens STEM Institute. Her love of learning new things both about science and using technology leads her to attend "camp" during the summer months to broaden her experience and exposure to what is happening in the field of education. In addition to being a BTSA trainer and consulting teacher for beginning teachers, she has worked in a program to be a technology teacher leader through LA County Office of Education. She has earned her BS in Environmental Biology and her Master's degree in Science Education.

Vicky SedgwickAfter majoring in Elementary Education in college, Vicky started out her adult working life, not as an educator, but as a self-taught Computer Programmer writing Accounting, Property Management, and Construction Software. Vicky is now the Technology Teacher, Technology Trainer, and all other things tech-related at St. Martin’s Episcopal School in the San Fernando Valley.

Vicky loves edcamps and is proud to be one of the organizers of edcamp OC (2011), edcampSFBay (2011 & 2012), edcampOCLA (2012), and edcampLA (2013). She is also currently serving as a CUE Independent School SIG Co-Chair.

High on Vicky's Bucket List is growing up to be a Google Certified Teacher and joining all the cool kids who already are GCTs!
Matthew SchwartzMatthew Schwartz has been a Business and Technology teacher for 8 years at Laton High School, Laton, California.

He has been a member of Computer Using Educators (CUE) since 2010, becoming a Board Member of the Central Valley affiliate (CVCUE) in 2012. Mr. Schwartz became a Google Certified Teacher in the Summer of 2011 (GTAWA) and a Google Apps for Education Certified Trainer in the Fall of 2011. He is an IT Essentials Cisco Certified Instructor and holds an Online-Teacher Leading Edge Certification. He recently was awarded two Innovation Grants for his use of technology in the classroom

Prior to teaching Mr. Schwartz worked in the Music-Entertainment Industry for 10 years. He was responsible for Production and Event Coordination including House Operations and Stage Management. He has worked with National Touring Artists and was part of the founding team behind the Fresno Urban Sound Experience (FUSE Festival).


Scott MossScott teaches 7th and 8th grade at Innovation Middle School in San Diego. He also teaches educational technology part-time at two universities. Scott is a Google Certified Teacher, a CUE Lead Learner and a winner of the Time Warner National Teacher Award. He has been designing and presenting educational technology training for 20 years. In addition to proving training in Google Docs, he has led iPad workshops and presented at many conferences. His current focus is teaching students to program using tools such as MIT’s Scratch. Scott has presented regularly on this topic at several conferences, including the 2012 ISTE Conference in San Diego. He led a 3-hour hands-on Scratch Workshop this month at the CUE Conference in Palm Springs.

Scott has have also worked as a District Technology Coordinator and other educational technology management positions. He is currently VP of SDCUE.

Reuben Hoffman
Will is an Instructional Technology Consultant for Tulare County Office of Education. Passionate about using technology in the classroom in innovative ways to help students become producers of content instead of mere consumers. Not satisfied with transforming just his own classroom, Will is an active presenter on technology tools and integration at numerous conferences and workshops including NSTA, ISTE, CUE, CVCUE, SLOCUE, Rock Star Teacher camps, and many more. He is regularly invited into teacher credential classes at Fresno State and Fresno Pacific universities as a guest lecturer, and has worked with Merced County Office of Education in developing their technology support team. A Google Certified Teacher and YouTube Star Teacher, he serves as president of Central Valley CUE, works with CUE as a Lead Learner presenting Google Workshops for Educators and the Flipped Learning Tour. He works with the San Joaquin Valley Math and Central Valley Science projects to develop and present intensive hands-on professional development for teachers in integrating technology tools into subject matter.


Juli Kimbley is passionate about learning and education is a way of life to her. She is a Google Certified Teacher and holds a MAEd, Curriculum and Instruction as well as a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Educational Technology.  She holds a multiple subject credential with an Early Childhood Education Emphasis as well as credentials in Science and Technology and a Math Authorization. She has been a board member, Communications Chair and Events Chair of CVCUE (Central Valley Computer Using Educators) since 2010.  She has taught K-Adults and is currently a continuation high school credit recovery teacher in Fresno.
